The health application with the emergency profile allows to loop a link which can result in an application crash. The link loop results in a cpu lack and thus behavoir can shutdown the process immediatly. The data analysis of the idevice captures the event as a bug error to report. The issue was reported as bug to the apple product security team and was tracked with id 677013407 for the developer team. There are two known ways to trigger the issue. Apple fixed the issue after the 10.3.3 release and implemented a functionality to cover such crash loops.
